GRI, Associate Broker and REALTOR®

Sophie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Nebraska Association of REALTORS® and the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®. She is an Associate Broker at Prudential Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha, NE. PaOmaha.

Sophie offers her clients over six years of full service Real Estate experience. In addition she has a background in management and customer service. The skills she learned in these capacities benefit her clients in the negotiation of their properties and in the handling of their transactions from contract to close. Her greatest business endeavor is to provide her clients with the highest quality of service and the greatest level of customer satisfaction.

Prior to working in Real Estate she earned her Bachelors degree in Computer Science and worked in various Fortune 500 companies in technical capacities. This background has provided a good foundation to help her meet the high-tech needs of marketing her clients' properties.

She is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute with a GRI designation. This means that she has completed a course of study with a minimum of 90 hours in specialized Real Estate subject matter, such as, contract law; professional standards; sales and marketing; finance and risk reduction. The subject matter was designed to provide a solid base of information and to educate Real Estate professionals about local, state and national Real Estate practices that affect them and their clients. Her completion of the GRI program helps her provide clients with the best service available from a Real Estate professional. According to a 2003 National Association of REALTORS® Profile, only 19% of REALTORS® had earned their GRI designation.
